Worship Commission PDF E-mail

The parish Worship Commission assists the pastor and parish staff in the planning of liturgies and creating an environment conducive to worship.  They organize and assist at the annual Anointing of the Sick Mass, decorate the church for Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving Day.  They select meditation/spiritual reading materials for distribution to parishioners for Advent and Lent, and help parishioners raise their minds and hearts to God in prayer.  The Commission meets several times each year.  If you are interested in adding your talent and love for worship to the Commission, please call the parish office.

Ushers PDF E-mail

Ushers serve the worshiping community in important ways.  They seat latecomers, take up the collection and assist those going to communion.  They also come to the aid of those who become ill in church.  If a person needs medical assistance, the usher calls for an ambulance.  They also distribute the Sunday bulletin, answer questions and direct people as needed.  If you are interested in becoming an usher, please call the parish office.
